I started Dry Time to combine my passion for cleaning and detailing with eco-friendly, safe, and effective solutions for homes and businesses. I proudly serve communities across Franklin, Hardin, Butler, Grundy, Bremer, and Black Hawk counties.
In 2025, I partnered with DryMaster Systems, allowing me to deliver exceptional results on carpets, rugs, and upholstery with quick dry times. Also, our dryer vent cleaning helps with efficiency of your dryer and allows for faster dry time for clothes. That’s where the name Dry Time comes from!
I take pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and someone you can trust. Whatever it is, I enjoy the work and the results speak for themselves. If you call me, you’re not just getting a cleaning service… you’re getting a local professional who genuinely cares.
I also currently serve as a Specialist in the Army National Guard. I play trumpet with the 34th Army Band and teach band part time in the area too. When I’m not working, I enjoy my free time with my loving and supportive wife and our two amazing young boys!

How do you price your services?
Pricing is based primarily on the size of the area and number of rooms. We always provide free estimates before starting any work so there are no surprises.
How long does the cleaning take?
Usually between 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the area. We can tell you more after your free quote.
How long does it take to dry?
It typically takes just a couple of hours to be mostly dry. Drying time depends on airflow and humidity in your home. We also use high-quality floor fans during the cleaning to help speed up the process. You can also walk on it right away if necessary.
Can you take care of my stains too?
We specialize in tackling a variety of stains, including coffee, red drinks, makeup, grease, tar, and pet accidents. While we often exceed expectations, we cannot guarantee that every stain will be completely removed.
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes! The solutions we use are from Drymaster Systems and are safe for everyone including pets and children. We are also eco-friendly and leave no residue behind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We will need someone to be home at the beginning, but you will not need to stay.
What should I do before you arrive?
If you would like to pick up and move any items ahead of time, that is appreciated. We will work around big furniture such as beds, desks, and couches.
