Pricing is based primarily on the size of the area and number of rooms. We always provide free estimates before starting any work so there are no surprises.

Usually between 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the area. We can tell you more after your free quote.

It typically takes just a couple of hours to be mostly dry. Drying time depends on airflow and humidity in your home. We also use high-quality floor fans during the cleaning to help speed up the process. You can also walk on it right away if necessary.

We specialize in tackling a variety of stains, including coffee, red drinks, makeup, grease, tar, and pet accidents. While we often exceed expectations, we cannot guarantee that every stain will be completely removed.

Yes! The solutions we use are from Drymaster Systems and are safe for everyone including pets and children. We are also eco-friendly and leave no residue behind.

We will need someone to be home at the beginning, but you will not need to stay.

If you would like to pick up and move any items ahead of time, that is appreciated. We will work around big furniture such as beds, desks, and couches.
